You need to register to use our online repeat prescription service. This is best done in person at the surgery. Speak to our reception staff.
Whilst we encourage patients to use our ONLINE Repeat Prescription service, we do accept requests either by post or Email.
We DO NOT accept repeat prescriptions over the telephone, except for housebound patients.
We do not encourage hand written prescription requests.
Allow 48 hours to process the prescription, as this is our policy.
Patients can collect prescriptions between 12.30pm to 3.00pm, except weekends & National Holidays
Nominating a pharmacy
You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from.
You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time:
- Online, on the app or website where you order repeat prescriptions
- At your GP practice
- At any pharmacy that accepts repeat prescriptions

If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
