We encourage patients to book appointments online (except emergency appointments). Booking online is quicker and offers an early appointment.
You need to register to use our online appointment booking service. This is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.

How to see a doctor
Book online or call the surgery to book an appointment with the doctor. In cases of emergencies, where you need to see the doctor on the same day, you must ring before 10am so that we can accommodate you. You will be given an estimated time to come to the surgery. Please note emergency appointments may take longer than anticipated.
If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen, make a separate appointment for each person. Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
How to see a nurse or healthcare assistant
Make an appointment with the Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant by calling 020 84717160 when we are open.

- Out of hours information

Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:
- Phone us.
- Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist.
Home Visits
If possible try and get to the surgery as we can offer more comprehensive care here. If you do need a visit, try to make the request by 12.00pm. A doctor will discuss the problem with you before deciding if a home visit is necessary.
