Disabled Access

There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.

We use a local deputising service to cover our practice out-of-hours and during the weekends and national holidays. If you require attention out of hours:

You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help.

You can also use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk). 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Enhanced Access Service

Evening and Weekend appointments are available for you at this practice or at an NHS service nearby, through the enhanced access service provided by the Newham Health Collaborative. 

To book an appointment during our extended hours please call 020 3839 7513.  The lines are open 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Please note that all appointments must be booked in advance, the service does not accept walk in patients.
